SESSIONS, FEES & FUNDING

Olive Tree Nurseries offer a range of days and sessions to suit parents. We offer both term time only and all year-round fee packages. Please note that there are no deductions for closures, bank holidays and INSET days. We provide several sessions to suit parents’ requirements. Our Free Entitlement Offer

Croydon Branch

Timings -8am to 6pm open all year round

We accept funded childcare places for children aged 9 months to 4 years old including both the 15-hour entitlement and the 30-hour working parent entitlement. Funding is typically offered over 38 weeks of the year, although parents may choose to stretch their funded hours across 52 weeks by arrangement with the nursery manager.

1. Session Times

Morning Sessions: 08:00am – 01:00pm
Afternoon Sessions: 01:00pm – 6:00pm
Full Day Sessions: 08:00am – 6:00pm

30-hour sessions-9am-3pm (5 days a week)

30-hour session – 8am -6 pm (3 days a week)

2. Fees and Additional Charges

Full Day: £75.00

Half Day: £45.00

Additional Hours Outside Funded Hours: £10.00 per hour

3. Meals and Additional Information

The nursery offers premium hot meals at a charge of £5 per Breakfast, lunch or tea.

Nappies, wipes and formula milk are not included in the fees or funding.

Healthy snacks and milk will be provided by the nursery free of charge.

Tooting Branch

Timings -9am to 3pm open term time only.

We accept funded childcare places for children aged 2 years to 4 years old including both the 15-hour entitlement and the 30-hour working parent entitlement. Funding is typically offered over 38 weeks of the year.

Morning Sessions: 09:00am –12 noon
Afternoon Sessions: 12 Noon – 3:00pm
Full Day Sessions: 09:00am – 3:00pm

30-hour sessions-9am-3pm (5 days a week)

2. Fees and Additional Charges

Full Day: £42.00
Half Day: £21.00
Additional Hours Outside Funded Hours: £10.00 per hour

For those not eligible for funding, or those who wish to access more than their funded hours can register their child/children at the nursery with an additional £100.00 registration fee.

All fees are paid in advance on or before the 5th of every month.

3. Meals and Additional Information

Children are expected to bring their own healthy packed lunch.

Healthy snacks and milk will be provided by the nursery free of charge.
